Our client is an award-winning private practice boasting a team of 9 experienced Psychologists who are now looking to expand their team. You will benefit from a flexible contractor model with the autonomy to set your own rates, schedule and working pattern. Supported by monthly group supervision, you will be joining a team that enjoys a balance between clinical autonomy and team culture. Key Benefits: Remuneration: Enjoy a 60/40 split with the freedom to set your own rates. Split is evaluated on an annual basis. Flexibility: Choose your own schedule, with the option to do some out of hours and/or weekend work to fit around your needs. Professional Development: Come together with the rest of the team on a monthly basis for group supervision, with access to ad-hoc support as required. Caseload: Clientele is largely made up of adults ranging from 20yr - 50yr presenting with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Sleep Issues, Relational Difficulties and OCD. Admin Support: Have dedicated admin on-site from 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Referrals: Enjoy a steady flow of referrals from private GPs and word-of-mouth, with no third-party referral admin required!
